Owner LindsayMcCall said to win this award is all the more amazing when you consider the other state winnersin this category include outstanding venues suchas Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley, Knee Deep Restaurant from Margaret River and Esca Bimbadgen Restaurant in the Hunter Valley .
